This agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Client" or "You") and Credzu ("Company", "We", "Us"). By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.
Our services involve providing access to credit monitoring, credit reporting, and identifying independent credit experts who may assist you. We are not a credit repair organization, nor do we provide legal or financial advice.
Section 2: Authorization
You authorize us to obtain your credit profile and score from one or more consumer reporting agencies (such as Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) on your behalf. This authorization is strictly for the purpose of identifying credit issues and recommending appropriate experts.
You represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are the individual whose information is being requested. Any attempt to obtain information under false pretenses may be subject to legal action.
Section 3: Disclaimers
Credit scores are subject to change and may vary depending on the scoring model used. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or improvement to your credit score as a result of using our platform or engaging with an expert.
Any fees associated with independent experts are separate and distinct from our platform. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any agreements entered into with third-party experts.
Section 4: Privacy and Data
We take your privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted using 256-bit bank-level encryption. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required to provide the services requested or as mandated by law.

Section 5: User Obligations
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access if you violate any of these terms.
Section 6: Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Credzu, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Section 7: Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
