The question is if Intrastate calls are allowed under TSR rule. I have heard and read conflicting reports. Here on Credzu I see they say it’s ok. Perplexity and ChatGpt also said it’s ok. Credzu adds a warning that calls will come in from out of state. To that I would say that I would ask ALL callers which state they are calling from. If it’s from out of state I would IMMEDIATELY tell them that it’s illegal for me to discuss anything about Credit repair with them and send them to my website. On a site called globig they claim that intrastate in never allowed under the TSR rule. So my question is if someone can unequvically prove to me one way or the other. Thanks.
