This is the master agreement that applies to all Credzu users.

Last updated: December 5, 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to Credzu. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms that apply to all users of the Credzu Platform, including our website, app, messaging system, and escrow services (“Credzu Services”).

This Agreement applies to:

  • Consumers (people seeking credit-related services)
  • Service Providers (credit repair companies and professionals)
  • Partners (lenders, loan officers, real estate agents, and other referral sources)

By creating an account or using Credzu, you agree to this Agreement and the documents it incorporates:

  • Terms of Use
  • Escrow Instructions
  • Fees & ACH Authorization Agreement
  • Credit Repair Disclaimer
  • Privacy Policy
  • Cookie Policy

If you do not agree, do not use Credzu.

2. What Credzu Is and Is Not

2.1 What Credzu Does

Credzu is a marketplace and escrow technology platform that allows Consumers, Service Providers, and Partners to:

  • Communicate in one shared chat
  • Exchange documents
  • Sign agreements
  • Track progress
  • Hold and release funds through escrow
  • Automatically measure performance using third-party credit reports

Credzu provides a safer and more structured way for Consumers and Service Providers to work together.

2.2 What Credzu Does Not Do

Credzu:

  • is not a credit repair company
  • does not perform credit repair services
  • does not dispute credit items
  • does not negotiate with creditors
  • does not guarantee credit improvement
  • does not guarantee loan approvals or lending outcomes
  • does not supervise, control, or evaluate Service Provider work

All credit repair work is performed solely by independent Service Providers.

3. How Credzu’s Pay-Per-Point System Works

Credzu uses a uniform, performance-based pricing model:

3.1 Core Pricing Rule

Consumers pay $5.00 per point per bureau for credit score increases.

If your scores increase by 1 point on all three bureaus, you pay $15.
If they do not increase, you pay nothing for that period.

This pricing structure replaces monthly fees, up-front fees, or “pay per deletion” models.
All Service Providers on Credzu must use this model.

3.2 Baseline Scores and Progress Checks

When services begin, Credzu:

  1. Establishes a baseline credit score for each bureau.
  2. Checks updated scores approximately every 45 days using embedded tri-bureau credit reports.
  3. Calculates the score increases from the baseline.
  4. Releases funds from escrow only for actual, verified improvements.

If a bureau’s score decreases, the negative change has no financial effect.
Consumers pay only for positive point gains.

3.3 Objective, Third-Party Verification

Credzu uses neutral third-party credit data.
Score increases are:

  • measured objectively,
  • based on industry-standard credit reports,
  • visible to both the Consumer and Service Provider inside the Platform.

This maintains fairness and transparency.

3.4 Maximum Total Cost ($999 Cap)

Consumers will never pay more than:

  • $999 total per engagement
  • inclusive of the pay-per-point fees and embedded credit report fees

If the total earned amount would exceed the $999 cap, Credzu stops charging performance fees and returns any remaining unearned funds to the Consumer.

4. Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Consumers

Consumers agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Review their Engagement Agreement carefully
  • Deposit funds into escrow before services begin
  • Allow Credzu to obtain credit reports to measure performance
  • Participate in the dispute process when needed
  • Avoid chargebacks (strictly prohibited)

Consumers understand that credit improvement is not guaranteed and results vary.

4.2 Service Providers

Service Providers agree to:

  • Comply with CROA, TSR, state laws, and all applicable regulations
  • Perform credit repair services professionally and lawfully
  • Follow Credzu’s $5-per-point-per-bureau pricing model
  • Not charge any other credit repair fees outside the Platform
  • Request disbursements only when improvements are confirmed
  • Respond promptly to Consumer communications

Service Providers acknowledge:

  • Credzu does not supply or guarantee clients
  • Credzu does not supervise or control their work
  • All fees are earned only when Consumers experience verified credit score improvement

4.3 Partners

Partners:

  • May refer Consumers
  • May participate in shared chats
  • May view updates related to the Consumers they refer
  • Must comply with privacy laws and only access authorized information
  • Cannot perform or advise on credit repair unless registered as Service Providers

Partners do not direct the credit repair process or outcomes.

5. Engagement Agreements

When a Consumer chooses a Service Provider, they enter into a direct Engagement Agreement with each other.

  • Credzu is not a party to that agreement.
  • Credzu does not provide legal advice or evaluate the agreement.
  • Service Providers are responsible for ensuring their agreements comply with all laws.

The Engagement Agreement must be consistent with Credzu’s pricing and operational model.

6. Payments and Escrow

All payments must go through Credzu’s escrow system.
No outside payments are allowed.

Credzu’s escrow process is detailed in the Escrow Instructions, which are part of this Agreement.

Key points include:

  • Consumers fund escrow at the beginning of services
  • Service Providers earn fees only when performance is verified
  • Remaining funds are returned to the Consumer when the engagement ends
  • Chargebacks are prohibited
  • Credzu may pause payments if fraud, disputes, or inconsistencies arise

7. Non-Circumvention (24 Months)

For 24 months after the first interaction between any two users through Credzu:

  • Consumers, Service Providers, and Partners agree not to engage each other outside of Credzu,
  • not to make or receive payments outside the Platform,
  • not to recreate or continue the engagement privately,
  • unless Credzu grants written approval.

A $500 release fee per user may be paid to allow continued work outside the Platform.

Circumvention is a material breach of this Agreement.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform
  • Provide false information
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Attempt to bypass escrow or Credzu fees
  • Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform
  • Upload harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Disputes Between Consumers and Service Providers

Disputes must follow the Escrow Instructions.
Most disputes relate only to:

  • incorrect credit report data,
  • incorrect point calculations, or
  • unclear Engagement Agreement terms.

Credzu may:

  • request more information
  • pause releases
  • correct calculation errors
  • elevate the matter to arbitration if needed

Credzu does not referee subjective disagreements or credit repair methodology.

10. Fees

Fees are described in the Fees & ACH Authorization Agreement.
You authorize Credzu to:

  • debit your bank account,
  • process ACH payments,
  • withdraw escrow deposits, and
  • deduct earned fees based on verified score improvements.

Chargebacks are prohibited and considered a breach of this Agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

Credzu owns all rights to its Platform, technology, and content.

Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content, but grant Credzu the rights needed to operate the Platform.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

Credzu provides its Platform and services “as-is.”

We do not guarantee:

  • credit score outcomes
  • deletion of credit items
  • loan approvals
  • uninterrupted access
  • error-free operation

Service Providers, not Credzu, are responsible for credit repair work.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Credzu is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Credzu’s total liability is capped at $500 or the amount of fees you paid us in the last six months, whichever is less

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Credzu harmless from any claims arising out of:

  • your use of the Platform
  • your Engagement Agreements
  • your violation of laws or this Agreement
  • your actions or omissions

15. Termination

You may close your account at any time.

Credzu may suspend or terminate an account if:

  • the user violates this Agreement
  • circumvention is detected
  • chargebacks occur
  • fraud or risk is identified

Termination does not eliminate obligations already created (including payments, arbitration, and confidentiality).

16. Arbitration Agreement

(Short, modern, professional)

Most issues are resolved through communication. Before arbitration, both parties agree to try for 60 days to resolve disputes informally.

If unresolved:

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS
  • Arbitration is individual only (no class actions)
  • Held in Brevard County, Florida, unless required otherwise by law

Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

18. Updates to This Agreement

Credzu may update this Agreement.
Continuing to use Credzu means you accept the updated version.
